Okay, so we're still a little icky pooh!

So the Peanut and I are still a little under the weather, but better than before...sorry, just checked the scoreboard for the U of M game, and Memphis is up, for now, 80 to 68...anyway, back to us! Now we both have ear infections and fluid behind our ears. Apparently we are mirroring each other...I have the fluid in my right ear, her's the left. But she's not showing signs of being irritated, just as happy...with the exception of this afternoon when I was speaking with my mom. I could hear her in the background "screaming" for my mom. It was one of those "What do you think you're doing, not paying attention to me!" screams, and 'm not used to that...what the heck, MSN, why did you take the point away? Crazy computer! Anyway, we're both without a fever, so that's good. I'm still running on fumes here, tired as ever. I probably got about 24-26 hours of sleep last week, which is not nearly enough for a 7 day period.

Other than that, we're doing pretty well. I guess I'll go now...Memphis won, 81-70. Now I hope the Peanut and I will feel better.

We've been a little under the weather...

As I stated in my last blog, I had a cold, which turned into a freezer! Well, I was sick for a while, and it got kind of bad. To the point where I had a 102.6 degree temp. Wasn't feeling too great, and I still had to go to work on my birthday! By the way, happy belated birthday to me! I'm now 31, wow! I never thought I would be 31 and with a baby, but I am. And I am still love it...snotty nose and all. Yeah, we had our first bout with the sniffles this week. Actually, I wouldn't call it the sniffles because her nose was so full of snot, it was like pulling out a bucket of slime from that old show "You Can't Do That On Television". It was LOVELY! I swear, I nicknamed her Slimer because it was just so much of it. She laughed, so no worries. She also had a little ear infection, which no one would have known she had because she was being such a happy little girl. Well, she was happy until we started messing with her nose and feeding her pepto-bismol-like medicine. Goodness, I have never smelled such medicine-filled body fluids in my life! Good thing she's getting better. I couldn't handle cranky peanut for too long, and she couldn't handle mama being mean and giving her the pink stuff. But we got to bond over all of this...her sneezing in my face, me having to deal with it.

Anyway, I think that's about it for now. I am trying to figure out what, if anything, have I forgotten to do for the day. I've checked my calendars, completed all of my forms that I need to mail out, I just know that there is something else I need to do. I'll figure it out soon, I hope.
